Nick Kyrgios was accused of being drunk out of her mind at Wimbledon by a fan at the All England Club.

The tennis player posted a series of photos about a woman who claimed Kyrgios was drinking too fast at the men’s final.

Kyrgios said he wasn’t in his best condition and the woman shouldn’t have taken a picture of the players.

She posted a photo to Instagram showing her and Kyrgios getting high with friends. Kyrgios then apologized.

Kyrgios has since deleted the post following a backlash from fans.

He apologized for “not being able to give her a proper explanation about how I was feeling at the tournament” and has said that fans who made fun of him for his post should “take a hike.”

“In all seriousness, I feel as if I made a mistake in taking the picture, and I am sorry that I did. If I had been able to come up with something more succinct and interesting, I am still sorry.

“In the event I have been misquoted, I have taken it upon myself to clarify the situation by pointing out what a terrible friend she is/was towards me,” Kyrgios wrote. “She has taken the time and effort of using pictures to make an excuse for her life choices and I don’t necessarily agree with her choice to do so and she can do what she wants with that. I have always been a firm believer in free speech and I am here to speak for myself.
