Los Angeles gas prices drop for 16th day in row

Los Angeles, May 1 (KABC) — Prices for gasoline were lower for a 16th consecutive day Friday in Los Angeles.

The average price of gas was $3.831 a gallon Friday in Los Angeles, according to the California Energy Commission. That’s the lowest level since May 11 and the most since April 28.

Gas prices stayed below $3.50 a gallon for seven days.
