Kanye West: He's a jerk, he's a jerk, he's a jerk, he's a jerk, he's a jerk, he's a jerk, he's a jerk, he's

Kanye West’s fallout continues, this time with Quentin Tarantino denying a claim that he was “not involved in the decision.”

The director tells TMZ Sports that he only received a phone call from Kanye about a potential film role, and Kanye never told him in person.

“I didn’t even talk to him, I never spoke with him in person,” Tarantino said. “He called me because he had an idea and I was like ‘what if this happened, what if something happened, what if they changed someone’s mind and had this idea and they gave you a call back on it and you said ‘nope’ and you’d never hear from me again. I don’t want to play that part in your life.”

Tarantino says he has no idea if Kanye ever will actually make the movie.

“I have no idea if he’s going to do it,” he said. “That’s something I’ve been trying to get away from for years.”

In other news, Kanye released a statement on Twitter addressing his feud with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian before she claims he tried to kill her.

Kanye’s statement reads:

After a report claimed Kanye attempted to run over Kim with his car, Kim’s security team said he was driving a Mercedes-Benz with out of state plates.

According to TMZ, the car was found on the side of the road with its engine running and the gas cap open.

TMZ says Kim’s security team was called, but Kanye took off after the car was found.

The outlet says Kanye was arrested on Sunday for the hit and run and he faces up to four years in prison. Kanye claims he was driving the car because it had out of state plates and police needed to be sure it wasn’t stolen.

TMZ says they were told the car was stolen.

Kanye’s legal team is attempting to have the tweet removed because it’s public, but he’s refusing.
